Master’s Scholarship Program in Physics “Double Degree” at Kanazawa University 2025/2026

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]It is announced to prospective Master’s students of the Physics Program, UGM, regarding the opening of registration to participate in the Double Degree Program (DDP) between FMIPA UGM and the Graduate School of Natural Science and Technology, Kanazawa University Japan. Students eligible for this program are Master’s students of the Physics Program, students of the even semester 2024/2025 and new students of the odd semester 2025/2026 who have been declared accepted by the Directorate of Education and Teaching (DPP) UGM (Proof of admission as a Master’s student can be submitted later).

This DDP is a Master’s program in the field of Computational Science, a collaboration between FMIPA UGM and the Graduate School of Natural Science and Technology, Kanazawa University Japan. The DDP runs for two academic years (including thesis completion) with one year of study at FMIPA UGM and the following year at Kanazawa University Japan. Upon completing the program, students will obtain two degrees at once, namely a Master’s degree in Physics from UGM and a Master of Computational Science from Kanazawa University Japan.

A limited number of scholarships are available for students who meet the requirements.

This scholarship is intended for Master’s students of FMIPA UGM who are enrolled through the SELF-FUNDED scheme.
